murzu

"Murzu" is made from sewing thread and #6 100% cotton cord. The resulting textile is flexible yet stiff enough to hold its shape. Its form is comprised of two vessels, one small and one large. The smaller shape appears to grow out of the larger so that the two interior spaces open to each other. Thread colors are white, beige, navy and olive.
