murzu

This piece has sold but I can make another for you! Re-made pieces are not exact copies but will be similar in size, shape and color.

"Murzu" is made from approximately 150 feet of #6 100% cotton sash cord and sewing thread. The resulting textile is flexible yet stiff enough to hold its shape. Its form is comprised of two vessels, one small and one large. The smaller shape appears to grow out of the larger so that the two interior spaces open to each other. Thread colors are white, beige, navy and green. This is a one-of-a-kind piece.
